My local Mairie have just agreed that my fiance and I could get married only 16days out from the wedding date (and this was minus one certificate - that they now have!And we are both foreigners!)!! Recently I needed documents certified to initiate an international bank transfer and the Mairie stamped and signed photocopies of my passport and driver's license without a whisper.
