when I came to France I was amazed by the sheer variety of pumpkins and simple yet delicious ways to cook them. Growing up in London I thought Pumpkins were only for Halloween - I barely knew you could eat them! It seems we don&#039;t really have sufficient translations for all the different types of &#039;Courges&#039;, including potimarron itself.
